Uncanny X-Men #433

« The Draco, Part V of VI »: Annie realizes Carter is missing as, in Azazel’s dungeons, the boy telepathically helps Iceman’s disembodied head communicate. Juggernaut battles Alpha Flight in Vancouver while Azazel explains his people are ancient exiled mutants who fathered teleporters like Nightcrawler to reopen a permanent portal to Earth, a plan the X-Men foiled. Azazel orders Archangel and Wolverine tortured and the treacherous Kiwi Black killed. Juggernaut’s rampage destroys Sammy’s home and injures his mother, and having tracked Carter’s stowaway trail, Annie, Polaris and Professor X reach Isla des Demonas, where Polaris detects and tries to widen a spatial rift, triggering a response from Abyss’s dimensional porthole on the other side.
