Uncanny X-Men #436

« The Trial of Juggernaut, Conclusion »: A second Juggernaut, sent by Cyttorak to punish Cain for renouncing him, attacks Cain and She-Hulk with overwhelming strength, but Cain refuses to back down even as Professor X fails to sway the prosecutor toward leniency. The battle tears through Vancouver until She-Hulk shames Cain into ending it by ripping off his rival’s helmet, revealing a young boy, an abused former neighbor of Professor X’s who had been torturing animals. Sammy’s mother tells the prosecutor that police ignored her reports of abuse, and that only Cain’s intervention protected her and her son, moving the prosecutor to reduce Cain’s sentence to community service and therapy.
