Alpha Flight, the FBI and police officers are attempting to remove all of the mutant students from the institute, as they believe them to be in danger while Xavier is talking to his legal counsel, who at this stage cannot do anything. Stacy X leaves the title in this issue. The character only appears in a video recording for Angel.
