« Mightier Than the Sword? »: Egghead hires the Swordsman to capture Goliath and settle accounts with his former pupil Hawkeye, unaware that Henry Pym is now Yellowjacket and the former Hawkeye is the current Goliath. As Clint Barton swears to avenge his brother’s death, the Swordsman exploits a conflict between Goliath and his teammates and shocks all the heroes unconscious. Suspecting the wrong man has been captured, Egghead refuses to pay, and the two villains battle until the Swordsman is knocked out a window. Goliath revives, captures Egghead and saves the Swordsman from a fatal fall.
