UNCANNY X-MEN (1963) #40

Professor X discovers that Frankenstein’s monster is real, and has been found frozen in the arctic and has been transported back to a museum in New York. Xavier guesses that the Frankenstein is an android, possibly built by mutants and sends The X-Men to investigate. A scientist thaws the Monster and he begins destroying the museum, subduing the X-Men and escaping. They track him down on a boat bound for South America and fight him again. Professor X deduces that his only weakness is ice, and Bobby freezes the monster, causing him to explode.…
