Dans ce numéro

« The End of the World As We Know It »: Revealing he engineered the entire « legend of the Twelve, » Apocalypse watches as his cultist and Skrull minions ambush the X-Men at his Egyptian base and abduct the team’s kidnapped members via shapeshifting subterfuge one by one, using a bio-tag to recall Bishop from the future. Beast’s hormonal compound fails to stop the Skrulls from taking the last of the Twelve, and Apocalypse gloats that he will siphon their powers to become a god. Back home, the remaining X-Men free a brainwashed Wolverine and prepare to leave for Egypt, but Moira’s warning that someone is stealing the Xavier Protocols sends them to investigate first.
