UNCANNY X-MEN (1963) #2

The X-men are called home from patrol by Professor X who is concerned about a new menace. Angel is mobbed by a group of girls who want autographs or kisses and « saved » by Jean Grey, and Cyclops is able to save some construction workers. The X-men return home as quickly as possible to watch a mental project of a new threat called the Vanisher . The Vanisher appears to be a mutant who has the ability to teleport. Professor X feels that the skills they have will not be enough so he put them through their paces in the « Danger Room ». Meanwhile, Vanisher warns the US government that he is going to steal national defense plans in three days.…
