« The Super-Outlaw from Krypton! »: a three-chapter story in which Superman seems to go crazy and cause needless damage with every super-feat. In Chapter II, Kull-Ex tricks Superman into switching places, trapping him in the Bottle City of Kandor while Kull-Ex roams Earth dressed as Superman. In Chapter III, Supergirl rescues Superman and, with Krypto, helps defeat Kull-Ex.
