« Aftermath! »: In the Baxter Building lab, Reed Richards shows Ben Grimm his new theory: when Ben cured an earlier version of himself, he did not travel back in time but sideways, into an alternate universe that kept moving forward. Ben decides to see how that world looks in the present day and powers up the time machine. He finds ruined buildings, nothing growing and a world he is told was taken over by the Red Skull and his Nazi soldiers. He meets the alternate Ben, who tells his life story, and then a swarm of blue synthetic men attacks. Follows up on Marvel Two-In-One #50.
