CAPTAIN AMERICA (1968) #335

It’s a « Baptism of Fire » for the new Captain America as he battles a militant right-wing group called the Watchdogs! The issue begins with the new team of Cap and Bucky training in anticipation of their first mission. The team eventually does get their first missions which takes them back to Walker’s small home town to catch a group of radical extremists called the Watchdogs. Walker begins to use his local friends to get info but it ends up fruitless. Eventually they try a plan were Lemar poses as a pornographer and Walker attacks him. This brings Walker into the center of the Watchdogs and he becomes a member, but during his initiation they plan to hang Lemar.…
