In Gotham, Onyx breaks up a group of drug dealers and finds out that the Red Hood is running Gotham’s drug trade. In Star City, Batman asks Green Arrow about coming back to life. Meanwhile, Onyx spies on a group of drug dealers when she’s confronted by none other than the Red Hood.
