AVENGERS (1998) #26

Silverclaw, Ant-Man, and Warbird get notes from someone claiming to be Captain America, asking them to meet him on the Brooklyn Bridge at midnight. There, he explains they are inflitrating the Triune Understanding and Captain Marvel joins their group, but feels something is wrong. When there, Cap reveals they have to destroy a machine, though he seems to adamant that they do it. After the group realizes something is wrong, Cap is revealed to be Taskmaster and he attacks them, using Lord Templar to knock them all out and frame them for the destruction of the facility.
