Dans ce numéro

« The World Is Not For Burning »: Thor’s hammer is meant to return the Avengers from Arkon’s dimension, but Goliath, Quicksilver, the Scarlet Witch and the Vision materialize two weeks in the future and witness a solar flare-up about to end all life on Earth. Wanda’s hex power brings them back to the present of a parallel Earth, where the pre-eminent heroes are the Squadron Supreme, some resembling the Squadron Sinister. After a pitched battle between the two teams, the Avengers and Squadron member Nighthawk head for a planned solar rocket launch, convinced that its success will bring about the doomed world they have already seen.
