« Earth and Beyond »: Starfox leaves the Avengers to search for Nebula, and Firelord accompanies him. Back on Earth, the other Avengers learn that the Beyonder has been sighted in his new humanoid form. Able to appear anywhere at will, the seemingly omnipotent alien repeatedly confounds the heroes in his naive attempts to comprehend Earth culture. When he appears in the Avengers’ meeting room, Hercules’s uppercut sends him through several floors into the quinjet hangar, severely damaging the mansion. Unharmed, the Beyonder is invited by the Wasp to join the team, but he declines, repairs all the damage with a wave of his hands, and vanishes.
