« Four Against the Minotaur »: Captain America is training the three new Avengers when a giant robot invades headquarters with word that the Hulk is in the American Southwest. In the desert, the team is trapped in an underground chasm and attacked by the monstrous Minotaur at the Mole Man’s behest. Quicksilver is captured by the subterraneans, but Cap and the others defeat the Minotaur, rescue the speedster and destroy the villain’s machines. The Mole Man returns them to the surface, and the team abandons its search, unaware that the Hulk was engaged in a struggle nearby all along.
