The Girl Of Tomorrow: (Superman) Like many women a switchboard operator at the planet named Susan Semple dreams of marrying Superman. Lois is sent to report on a Professor Weirton who claims he can give anyone powers for 24 hours but Lois doesn’t believe him. Susan gets the professor’s info from Lois’ trash and has him give her powers. One of them is mind reading and after proving her power publicly she announces she and Superman are getting married and tells Superman she will reveal his secret if he doesn’t go along with it.…
