The Superman Who Couldn’t Fly: (Superman) while getting his shoes shined odd rings are put on his ankles. the shiner explains he is actually a reporter from another paper who believes Clark is Superman and the rings on his ankles will record if he leaves the ground, moves faster than would be possible for a human, or tampers with the rings. the guy in the next chair happens to work for a racketeer who tries to take advantage of the situation.
