« Resurrection! »: Storm senses trouble in the Savage Land, and the X-Men find it burned away by the creature Terminus, who attacks the High Evolutionary. Surviving tribespeople have escaped through a portal into a realm ruled by M’Rin, among them Nereel, now chief of the Fall People, who introduces Colossus to her son, Peter. The X-Men defeat Terminus and find Garokk forced to pilot the armor; he lets the High Evolutionary use his life force to recreate the Savage Land, and the tribes form the United Tribes. Also: « I Want My X-Men! », Mojo casts the X-Babies; « The High Evolutionary, Chapter Seven: Demon Night », Chthon touches one of Magda’s newborns, the future Scarlet Witch. Key issue: First appearance of the X-Babies.
