Dans ce numéro

« The Battle of Muir Isle »: The Shadow King gloats over spreading anti-mutant hatred through his puppet Lian Shen. Professor X steals the Blackbird and, reuniting with the X-Men, sends them to scout Muir Island while he uses Cerebro to locate X-Factor and the Shadow King. On Muir, the enthralled inhabitants unknowingly participate in gladiatorial games staged for the Shadow King’s amusement, and the arriving X-Men are swiftly overpowered. Stevie Hunter crashes her car fleeing an attacker at the mansion ruins; as Professor X rushes to help, the Shadow King contacts him gloatingly, showing his defeated X-Men and revealing Stevie’s attacker to be Colossus.
