Count Dracula has turned the woman Frank loves into a vampire. Swearing revenge, Frank sets out to take Count Dracula down! Searching the ruins of Castle Dracula, Frank Drake frees the trapped Clifton Graves, and together the two abscond with Count Dracula’s coffin. Meanwhile, Dracula undergoes some cosmetic surgery to help him pass for human easier. Soon after Graves and Drake arrive in London, Dracula arrives looking for revenge!
