« Don’t Look Now, But It’s 1984! »: In January 1984 Dr. Bix Bentley of the Superior Squad devises a plan to free Radioactive Man from the lightning bolt embedded in his brain. The plan goes awry and a new Radioactive Man is born, one who is no boy scout. With Zenith in a media maelstrom, Claude Kane III has to put things back together. Fallout Boy, Gloria Grand and Gretchen Grille appear. The story is a three-part arc told in one issue, with a special cover by Howard Chaykin.
