AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) #7

Plot Summary After being sent to jail in issue #2, the Vulture being a model prisoner has earned the right to use the machine shop in the prison where he has secretly been constructing a makeshift flying harness in order to escape his imprisonment. Upon its completion, he then proceeds to simply fly over the prison wall while out in the exercise yard and make his escape. Peter Parker upon hearing of the escape quickly heads home to change into Spider-Man and apprehend the Vulture once more.…
