After the death of his family, he was chosen and trained by the spirits of the dead to become their living agent of justice, gaining speed, strength and faster healing through « cellular rearrangement. » Elsewhere, Saber and Cannon attack Captain Hall and escape from the hospital, Judge Welles asks Adrian to consider becoming a judge, and the Controller takes over the New York crime families. Script by Marv Wolfman, with art by Chuck Patton and Mike DeCarlo.
