Dans ce numéro

« Court-Martial »: Captain America charges Yellowjacket with reckless behavior in battle, and the Avengers schedule a formal court-martial hearing. Hank shuts himself in his lab, and a worried Jan discovers he has built an adamantium robot to attack the Avengers, a menace only he can defeat, thus proving his worth. When she begs him to stop, he strikes her and forces her to agree not to expose him. At the trial, Hank begins to rant insanely, then activates the robot, whose savage assault fells everyone present, including himself. The Wasp disables the automaton, and the disgraced Yellowjacket leaves the mansion.
