The freewill robots attack and wage war on North Am while Magnus discovers a telltale sign of how to tell if a robot has freewill or not and continues to question whether or not these robots are alive or just machines in “Steel Nation Part Two — Soldier.” Fighting rogue Freewills, day and night, the mighty Magnus tests his stamina. Meanwhile, O-1X realizes that all the Freewills give off a distinct vibration, making it possible to find them and hunt them down. In his home, Magnus is befriended by W23, a Freewill robot who makes Magnus reconsider his war on Freewills. Trading Card insert in centerfold.
