The X-Club considers using time-travel to obtain pre-mutant DNA, discovering Dr. Nemesis is over a century old and planning a trip to visit his parents in 1906. The Red Queen brainwashes the newly re-embodied Psylocke as a trial run for reanimating a body strong enough to host her own ephemeral spirit and truly live again. As the team unwinds at a concert, the Sisterhood launches a surprise attack on headquarters, swiftly overwhelming the X-Men and impaling Wolverine on Deathstrike’s claws.
