« Time and Place »: Under Storm’s tutelage, Bishop asks to be shown the city to adjust to his new era, but spots and attacks the last escaped criminal, Styglut, who drains two bystanders’ life forces to power his blasts. As the X-Men urge Bishop not to kill him, Styglut taunts him with the hundreds he’s murdered, and Storm’s lightning strike accidentally empowers Bishop further, who then kills him. After helping the injured bystanders, Storm lectures Bishop that the X-Men avoid killing and prioritize innocent safety above all — leaving him to realize he still has much to learn from this era’s team.
