Ka-Zar wakes up in NY after being shot in the head with no memories. Zabu scapes from Zoo and goes after Ka-Zar, with Shanna following him. In prison, Ramona releases Kraven and pays him to hunt Ka-Zar alive for her, and Kraven accepts only to prove to Calypso he can hunt Spider-Man alone for her.
