Diana reclaimed her famous moniker as Wonder Woman in another in the series of centennial edition comics. The issue depicted Artemis’ final struggle with a hoarder of demons and the maleficent Cheetah. Eventually, the Hell spawn proved too much for the new Wonder Woman, but Artemis bestowed her strength-enhancing bracelets on Diana before she died. Diana was now back where she had fought to be, but losing her friend was too high a price to pay for the role. Notes: Newstand and foil deluxe cover penciled and inked by Brian Bolland. Cover dated Late July 1995. 48 page issue.
