TRANSFORMERS (1984) #3

As the Transfomers’ battle escalates, Peter Parker jumps into the fray to save the day as Spider-Man. The trouble is, he doesn’t understand the difference between the heroes and the villains. NOTE #1: Spider-Man appears here in his alien black suit symbiote, as seen in Secret Wars . Although Peter is completely in control in this story, this is the same alien symbiote that will eventually become Venom. NOTE #2: Spider-Man (in his traditional red outfit) would face off against Megatron again in New Avengers/Transformers . While Peter was from the same Marvel continuity, the Transformers were from a different continuity in IDW, so no mention is made between them of their previous meeting.…
