NEW TEEN TITANS (1980) #14

Writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Perez began to take a few more liberties in the lives of their successfully revitalized version of the Teen Titans in this issue. Wolfman and Perez had the heroes face off against a new version of the Doom Patrol’s arch foes, the Brotherhood of Evil. Included in that number, alongside familiar villains Monsieur Mallah and the Brain, debuted the fear inducing Phobia, voodoo expert Houngan, the location-hopping Warp and the protoplasmic Plasmus.
