« Now Strikes the Starforce! »: Part 14 of Operation: Galactic Storm. The Avengers are given an audience with Empress Lilandra to appeal for a ceasefire in the Shi’ar/Kree war, but they cannot reach a meeting of the minds, and Thor’s hotheadedness ends the meeting. The Kree Starforce arrives to kill Lilandra, and the Avengers side with the Imperial Guard to defeat them. Lilandra then recalls her Nega-Portal, actually a bomb, unaware that it has been stolen by the Skrulls.
