Broderick merges with the monster Terrex and orders the city of San Francisco to surrender to him or he will kill everyone; Captain Marvel joins the battle and our heroes formulate a plan to stop Terrex but the whole shebang hinges on the work of blind attorney Matthew Murdock and the psychotic Angar the Screamer; Thanos War tie-in.
