Paul is an artist who is having night terrors and thankfully his neighbor Howard the Duck is here to save the day….er, night. Can Howard be his voice of reason and save his neighbor? This issue introduces Gene Colan as the regular Penciler. In this issue Howard meets the upstairs neighbor Paul who has a problem sleeping at night, which means he sleepwalks and prowls the streets at night fighting evil doers and calling himself Winky-Man!?!
