Detective James Gordon and Sgt. Essen know the only way they can keep apart from each other is if Essen transfers to another department. Meanwhile, it becomes more apparent that Batman is secretly in collusion with D.A. Harvey Dent. After a visit from Batman, Gotham’s notorious drug kingpin Skeevers cops a plea deal to turn over evidence implicating corrupt cop Flass.
