Spider-Man battles Gideon and his foot soldiers, who have wounded the White Tiger, Spidey’s ally. After Hector Ayala was shot and thrown out in front of the Daily Bugle building, Spider-Man found out that someone is out trying to kill all the superheroes. That someone turned out to be Gideon Mace, an ex-military officer, who had became obsessed with militarism. Spider-Man tracked down Gideon’s headquarters at an armory through his men. Gideon had prepared an ambush, but to no avail, as Spider-Man successfully took down the insane villain. In the end, however, Spider-Man felt more than sorry for him.…
