UNCANNY X-MEN (1963) ANNUAL 2001

The Vanisher is running drugs out Cuba causing unrest in America among the suburban youth. It’s up to a team of X-Men with the help of SHIELD to stop him. Vanisher reintroduced as the head of a powerful drug cartel, selling a new drug which creates temporary mutations. Vanisher comments on hiring former operatives of Hydra and AIM since their organizations have fallen on bad times. The issue suffers somewhat in the art department with even the title characters hardly recognizable.
